The role of the Director Product Management is to own and lead, requirement, design, ensure development with the engineering team, delivery, and maintenance of CMI and Compas applications and information-based products both for internal and extremal clients. The role of the Associate Director ensures that CMI and Compas product priorities are well defined, plans are complete, resources are properly estimated/requested and PMO best practices are used for all products he or she are responsible for.

 

The Director of Product Management’s core focus is owning and leading the product roadmap and delivery of scalable web applications in an Adtech or Enterprise environment specifically within an advertising company environment. The Director influences decisions and takes ownership over their projects in an agile environment.

 

The Director Manages products across several functions/applications and advises/leads product micro parts consistently supplying guidance to Jr staff and advises Sr Leadership.

 

The Director shows an advanced level understanding of product technology across multiple products and consistently defines best practices for the product technology. Consistently leads discussions that Identify opportunities for product improvement and extends design patterns to future products.

 

The role promotes and encourages team collaboration, agile method and proper project planning, architectural design, and formal delivery. The role influences overall strategy, design, and development in collaboration with engineering of our internal and external application strategy architecture.  A key responsibility will be to deliver new customer facing products including those that manage marketing campaign analysis/development/fulfillment, decisions, use traditional marketing data, look to integrate evolving market intelligence and advanced data types such as unstructured large data sets into advanced analytics and visualizations.

 What we are looking for:

  • 7-15 years direct work experience in a product management
  • 5-10 years demonstrated experience in personnel management.
  • Subject matter ability in a decision support, product development or an analytics capabilities development/delivery/support function
  • Experience with developing analytics applications, visualizations and or modeling capabilities
  • Experience with developing and debugging with full stack languages – C#, Java, JavaScript/Angular, HTML, CSS, Python or similar
  • Experience with data management
  • Experience with relational databases (preferably SQL Server), Big/Unstructured Data model design
  • Experience with AWS infrastructure and products such as RedShift, Data Pipes, ElastiCache is a major plus or MongoDB
  • BS degree in Computer Science or proven relevant experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience at working independently and leading in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
