Senior Vice President, Product Management


The “SVP, Product Management” is the key interface between C-level leadership, company stakeholders and the tech/product teams. A successful “SVP, Product Management” will understand and shape complex business objectives and translate them into discrete, achievable and measurable tasks within easy to understand KPIs.  The “SVP, Product Management” will oversee execution and communicate evolving needs and delivery issues.  Crucially, the individual will be capable of both macro and micro points of view allowing them to understand long, medium, and short term goals and create an iterative roadmap with this in mind. “(S)VP, Product Management” understands business challenges and goals, have strong perspectives on the platform landscape, can set direction and guide clients and teams through complex trade-offs and decision-making, and can lead integrated teams to deliver amazing solutions. They are orchestrators and leaders, and relentlessly focused on bringing a vision to reality.  Most importantly the “SVP, Product Management” will be a team player, mentoring, developing and maximizing team talent. 

Responsibilities

  • Help set product development’s strategic goals as member of steering committee with sr management team
  • Orient tech and product teams toward strategic goals providing context and detail
  • Communicate across and with company organization structures creating transparency and accountability
  • Create and manage product roadmap 
  • Define short, medium, and long terms goals
  • Establish and monitor project KPIS
  • Understand client business models and deliver recommendations
  • Workflow UX and UI modelling 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of technical product management, program management or engineering experience
  •  5+ years of experience with end-to-end product delivery
  • Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience in Digital Advertising, Programmatic experience a plus
